Our engineering workflow bridges liquid resins to structural components with micrometer precision.
Unsaturated polyester resins are blended with high-purity pigments, pearlescent agents, curing catalysts, and light stabilizers inside temperature-controlled mixing vessels to ensure chemical homogeneity.
Liquid resin is poured into a high-speed rotating drum, where centrifugal force distributes it into a uniform layer. Multiple layers can be cast to achieve natural-looking gradients and depth.
Once the resin sheet reaches a semi-solid state, it is blanked into circular blanks. These blanks are slowly oven-cured to lock in shape and eliminate internal mechanical stress.
Fully cured button blanks are processed through high-speed Italian CNC button lathes. Computerized programming cuts the profiles, refines the rims, drills thread holes, and laser-engraves logos.
