Clients supply our engineering team with technical drawings, 3D files, or physical garment mock-ups. We create initial prototypes and draft data sheets detailing physical tolerances, press settings, and suggested installation configurations. Once prototype clearance is received, we transition the project into mass production.

Our typical packaging configuration is 720 sets per box or 1,000 sets per polybag, packed in heavy-duty cardboard boxes. For international logistics, we utilize our close proximity to Wenzhou and Ningbo ports to coordinate ocean freight, air cargo, or express courier shipping.
